Chai Farm Visitor’s Center, surrounded by the beautiful Ben Shemen forest is centrally located in Moshav Mevo Modi’im, between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
The center offers an amazing panoramic view of the farm, with its goats, parrots, chickens and turtles. The rustic wood beamed, air-conditioned, wheel chair accessible center provides the perfect venue for your family or group event. We cater brunches, birthday parties, sheva brachot, family gatherings, business meetings, and host live performances. The delectable organically grown gourmet food includes a wide range of salads, dips, amazing homemade cheeses, fresh farm bread, olives and wine.
Local musicians can make your event extra-special with “Carlebach” style music. In addition Chai Farm offers hands on educational experiences and cheese making workshops.
The area of Modi’im is of great historical importance, as it borders the ancient route from Jaffa to Jerusalem and was the birthplace of the Maccabees. In the region one can find walking, biking and hiking trails, playgrounds and picnic areas.
On the Moshav during the year there are art fairs and musical concerts.
